Avenidas Novas are an iconic and noble neighbourhood in the city.

Created in the beggining of the XIX Century, Avenidas Novas, were
artistically influenced by the artistic movements of Art Noveau and Art Deco.

The namming is inspired by the proximity
to Parque Eduardo VII.
